Thank you for your patience. Some of the equipment training and inspection courses at our center will be launched in July. The course offerings and schedules will be announced on June 15, and registration will open on June 22 at 10:00 AM. Each class requires a minimum of 3 participants and has a maximum capacity of 6 participants. Please note that spots are limited.

Please read all instructions carefully and comply with the regulations.

Registration Procedure
1. Before registering for any training or certification course, applicants must first obtain access authorization to the Excellence Cleanroom and complete the access card activation process. (Please apply through NEMS: https://nems.ntu.edu.tw/Default.html)
2. On the 15th of each month, the course schedules for the following month will be announced on the center’s website. Registration opens on the 20th at 10:00 AM and closes on the last day of the month. To register, please complete the course registration form (limited spots available; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis).
3. Successful applicants will receive a course confirmation email three days before the course starts. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment.
4. Submit the remittance confirmation form and upload proof of payment:

5. On the day of the course, please arrive at Office 207 at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. Classes will begin promptly.
6. Participants who successfully complete the training course, practice session (if required), and certification assessment will be granted equipment access privileges and may proceed with equipment reservations.
Important Notes
• Courses may consist of three stages: Training, Practice, and Certification. The required training format will depend on the complexity of the equipment operation.
• Receipts can be collected two weeks after course completion at Room R322, Institute of Applied Mechanics, Main Campus.
• Proof of payment may be submitted any time before the course begins. Failure to submit proof of payment will be regarded as incomplete payment, and the registration will be canceled.
• If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at least three days before the course. For participants who have already completed payment, the course fee may be retained for the next available session.
• Participants who are more than 10 minutes late or absent without notice will be considered absent. No refunds or course fee transfers will be provided in such cases.
• Please comply with all cleanroom dress code requirements. Participants who fail to meet the dress code will not be permitted to enter the cleanroom and will be considered absent.
• For future equipment reservations, users must register an account on the Semiconductor Research Service Reservation System (SCRS) (same account as the TSRI system) at:

Academic users must complete advisor/professor affiliation verification and obtain approval before they are eligible for academic-rate pricing.
