A delegation led by Prof. Jinhong Yuan, Head of the Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications (EET) School from The University of New South Wales (UNSW), accompanied by four professors specializing in microelectronics, visited the cleanroom facilities at the Excellence Research Building on NTU’s Shui-Yuan Campus on May 20. The visit focused on exchanges in advanced semiconductor processing, nanolithography technologies, and research equipment. Both parties also engaged in in-depth discussions on emerging trends in microelectronics and semiconductor technologies, with the aim of further strengthening future collaboration between the two universities in academic research, talent cultivation, and international partnerships.
