The Minister of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), accompanied by senior officials from relevant agencies, visited our Center’s cleanroom facilities on February 11, 2026, for an on-site inspection and technical exchange.
During the visit, the delegation received a briefing on the Center’s operational status, key equipment installation achievements, and future development plans. They also toured the facilities to gain firsthand understanding of the installation progress and operational status of various advanced process systems. The Center sincerely appreciates the Minister and distinguished officials for taking the time to visit and provide valuable guidance. Moving forward, we will continue to advance our process technologies and strengthen our research capabilities, enhance academia–industry–research collaboration, and further fulfill the mission and impact of a national-level research platform.
