To strengthen NTU’s global research capacity in the semiconductor field and advance cutting-edge process and system-integration technologies, the NTU Academy of Critical Technologies’ Semiconductor Process and System Research Center is actively expanding its key R&D equipment infrastructure, establishing a cross-disciplinary core research platform. This equipment briefing aims to introduce newly installed flagship semiconductor research instruments to faculty, students, researchers, and industry users. The session will highlight equipment features, application domains, and access mechanisms, while promoting resource sharing and cross-unit collaboration. During the event, the equipment management teams and invited experts will provide functional overviews and application insights, enabling participants to better understand how these systems support research in nanotechnology, semiconductors, materials analysis, and related fields. A Q&A session will also be arranged for attendees to bring up research needs or usage-related questions.
