Dear Professors/Supervisors and Students/Engineers,

Starting from June 1, 2026, all OEM (commissioned operation) service requests will be submitted through our new online system. Please access the system via the following link:

Please follow the steps below to apply for OEM services:

1. Professors/Supervisors should first register for a Payer Account.
2. Students/Engineers should register for an Applicant Account (the account will be activated only after approval by both the Center and the designated Payer).
3. Submit an OEM service request.
   Please note: Requests involving equipment from both the Semiconductor Process Center and the Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS) Center cannot be combined into a single application. Separate requests must be submitted for each center.
4. The Center will review the request and provide a quotation.
5. The applicant uploads the signed quotation and proof of payment.
6. The commissioned operation/service is carried out.
7. Samples can be collected upon completion.
