Dear Professors/Supervisors and Students/Engineers,
Starting from June 1, 2026, all OEM (commissioned operation) service requests will be submitted through our new online system. Please access the system via the following link:

Please follow the steps below to apply for OEM services:
- Professors/Supervisors should first register for a Payer Account.
- Students/Engineers should register for an Applicant Account (the account will be activated only after approval by both the Center and the designated Payer).
- Submit an OEM service request.
Please note: Requests involving equipment from both the Semiconductor Process Center and the Nano-Electro-Mechanical Systems (NEMS) Center cannot be combined into a single application. Separate requests must be submitted for each center.
- The Center will review the request and provide a quotation.
- The applicant uploads the signed quotation and proof of payment.
- The commissioned operation/service is carried out.
- Samples can be collected upon completion.
