Jack Lee/ SR. DIRECTOR, OMT QUALITY/YIELD ENHANCEMENT
Jack received master’s degree from National Chiao Tung University and started first job to join Nanya Technology 8-inch fab as Diffusion engineer. As a pioneer to join the setup of first 12-inch fab of Inotera as well as participating the following two more fabs (F11A/B/C) expansion, then transferred to Micron in 2016. In Inotera and current company, served in various areas in Equipment/Process (DF/Wet/PH), Quality, Technology Transfer, Max out/Cost down sponsor and in charge Program Office (SPMO) and PEE. Experienced various position as section manager, department manager, director, and senior director. Jack took care HVM operation as Sr Director in two and half years. More than 20 years of experience in semiconductor industry and now oversees Quality and Yield enhancement as Sr. Director.

Grace Yeh/ DIRECTOR, PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEERING
Grace has a master degree of NTHU Industrial statistics, joined Micron in March 2015 starting from a Statistical Process Control engineer. She’s a data driven and logic thinking person. She is also Micron Taiwan MWLN (Micron Women’s Leadership Network) chapter lead and devotes her time in DEI (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion).

Peggy Chen/ SR DATA SCIENCE MANAGER
Peggy has a master degree of National Chiao Tung University statistics, joining Micron at 2015 as CSM FDC engineer and now, acting as Sr. Manager in Smart Manufacturing & AI. She has various experience in Quality, Data analytics field.
