GSAT Student Discussion Room Application Steps and Important Notices

Academy of Advanced Technology Research - Student Seminar Room Announcement

Considering that students of the academy do not have a seminar room, we have established a dedicated seminar room for the academy's students. Each reservation is limited to 2 hours, with a maximum capacity of 6 people at the same time.

*The seminar room is located in the Industrial Research Center, Room R210 (see map).

**Steps to Apply for Use:**

1. Fill out the registration form: https://calendar.app.google/3gQ2CFKX13JiTvSy7

2. 10 minutes before use, go to the Academy Office (Room 112, Academic New Building), complete the application form (with the applicant's personal information), and exchange the applicant's student ID for a keycard.

3. After use, return the keycard immediately to the Academy Office to retrieve your student ID.

**Important Notes:**

1. No food is allowed in the seminar room; only water is permitted.

2. Only students of the Academy are allowed to use the seminar room. Violators will have their borrowing privileges revoked for one semester, and others cannot borrow on their behalf or enter together.

3. Only the long table and chairs in the seminar room may be used; the sofa area is reserved for counseling and is off-limits.
