The program aims to explore the components and materials of advanced semiconductor technology nodes (below 1 nanometer) over the next ten years. Its objective is to provide specific guidance and a blueprint for the next generation of semiconductor technology. Given the rapid evolution of the semiconductor industry, one of the major challenges is to cultivate forward-looking talents capable of meeting industry demands more effectively.
The courses offered in this program combine modern device physics and material science to provide a comprehensive curriculum. These courses include solid-state physics, semiconductor device physics, semiconductor process technology, material thermodynamics, advanced quantum technology and applications, advanced memory technology, and advanced material analysis and testing technology. Through these comprehensive courses, students will gain knowledge and skills ranging from basic nanomaterial preparation and testing to device design and circuit simulation, aiming to cultivate highly skilled professionals.
