Applying as an International Student
- Entry requirements:
- Nationality: An individual of foreign nationality who has never held the status of an Overseas Chinese student on the date of application, and who complies with the “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” of the Ministry of Education (MOE).
- Qlualification: Completion of bachelor degree or documents of equivalent educational level
- Required documents:
- Passport or ID
- Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) (if applicable)
- Graduation Certificate of highest degree awarded - Original and translated version
- Full Transcript of highest degree awarded (including records of each year and explanation of grading system) - Original and translated version
- Financial statement
- Short autobiography
- Personal statement
- Certificate or proof of academic achievements (if applicable)
- Language proficiency certificate
- 2 recommendation letters
