The 2026 TSMC PhD Scholarship (Second Round) is now open for applications, with the application deadline on May 30, 2026.

Scholarship Benefits:
• NTD 500,000 per year during PhD studies, for up to 5 years
• Mentorship from senior TSMC executives to gain insights into industry trends, technological development stages, and challenges
• Internship opportunities at TSMC during the study period

Eligibility:
• Undergraduate or master’s students planning to pursue a PhD degree in semiconductor-related fields at domestic universities in 2026 (including applicants currently applying), or first-year PhD students already enrolled
• Recommended by their academic advisor
• Applicants may concurrently apply for other national or non-profit organization scholarships
• Must hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality
